Kai's Lifetime Membership
* Definition of Lifetime: With Kai's Lifetime Membership, 'lifetime' is interpreted as the lifespan of the purchaser of the membership or as long as Kai's Natural Skin Care Collection is active. If Kai's Natural Skin Care Collection ceases to operate or no longer provides the services as outlined at the time of purchase, the Kai's Lifetime Membership will be voided. Kai's Natural Skin Care Collection reserves the right to modify or terminate the services offered at any time. In the event of service termination, there will be no refunds.
* Non-refundable: Once you have purchased Kai's Lifetime Membership, refunds are not possible, regardless of whether the member uses the benefits provided. This purchase is final and cannot be cancelled.
* Non-transferable: Kai's Lifetime Membership is not transferable and only available for the member. It is linked to the individual member and cannot be sold, loaned or shared with another person. The personal data collected during registration will be used to verify the member's identity to prevent abuse of the membership.
* Membership Terms: Kai's Lifetime Membership grants access to the current benefits of Kai's Natural Skin Care Collection. Future add-ons, enhancements or additional services may not be included in this membership and may incur additional costs.
* Subject to Product Availability: If a product is out of stock and has not been discontinued, back orders are permitted.
* Terms of Use: Lifetime members are required to adhere to Kai's Lifetime Membership's general terms of use. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the membership, without refunds.
