Wet Your Hair Thoroughly

• Use warm water to open the hair cuticles and loosen dirt and oil.

Apply Shampoo

• Pour a small amount (about a quarter-size for medium-length hair) into your palm.

• Rub your hands together to distribute it evenly.

Massage Into Scalp

• Focus on the scalp, not the ends.

• Use your fingertips (not nails) to gently massage in circular motions for 1–2 minutes.

• This stimulates blood flow and helps remove buildup.

Rinse Thoroughly

• Use warm water to rinse out all the shampoo.

• Make sure no residue remains, especially near the scalp and nape.

Repeat if Needed

• If your hair is very oily or dirty, repeat the shampooing process once more.

Follow With Conditioner

• Apply conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends.

• Leave it in for a few minutes, then rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle.
